Order Processing & Payment Verification

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after confirmation.
Advance Payments (Easypaisa / JazzCash): For orders placed using advance payment methods, processing and dispatch will begin only after the payment has been verified.
Payment Proof: Customers must send their payment screenshot along with their Order ID to our official WhatsApp number. Please ensure that the payment is sent to the official payment account provided by ELZARO.

Delivery Time & Shipping Charges

Delivery Time: Once payment is verified (or for Cash on Delivery orders), delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days across Pakistan. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000!
Courier Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

Cash on Delivery (COD) & Parcel Receipt

COD is available on eligible orders. Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the parcel and keep the exact cash amount ready for the courier.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Problems & Support

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
